The weather in Zanzibar

Zanzibar is located just 6º south of the Equator, and has an ideal climate for most of the year. Slightly more humid than the Tanzanian mainland, and with pleasant sea breazes, especially on the North and East sides of the island.

Zanzibar enjoys an average of 7 to 8 hours of sunshine every day. There is no time for rain! The resort is located on the east coast and enjoys a constant breeze. The risk of rain is minimal, unlike to other parts of the island.
